For Sale Please delete thread. The children can’t behave themselves.

I started it and I officially apologize. I try (and fail sometimes) to find humor in things. We all need to laugh a little sometimes. I did not intend to offend you or anyone. My sick sense of humor surfaces at times.

I'm not gonna change

But I do apologize for hijacking's your "sausage stuffing" thread
Wait a darn minute….youve called me all kind of names and when I tried to talk to you. All I got was a "shut up kid" and not an apology. I think Jon's account has been hacked

Ok ok in all seriousness, Jon hasn't been the same since he spent so much time campaigning for Harris/walz and they didn't pull off the cheat. He's actually in the process of changing to SpecializedJan and the hormones may have him hitting "that time" of the month and he's a little irrational. Goodbye to @Specializedjon and soon welcome SpecializedJan

I started out with a 5lb stuffer but refilling is aggravating. I currently have a 15lb stuffer and a 17lb mixer. I put 10lb of deer and 5lb of pork butter with seasonings in for a batch that goes straight from mixer to stuffer.

If you have a RuralKing near you, I'd advise watching for them to be on clearance soon.

Thanks. I forget about them. We have one up in Crossville

They really are helpful, especially if you're doing the work by yourself. Might add a mixer to your wishlist too maybe for next year. Having both makes making sausage a breeze. It literally takes more time to clean up than it does to mix and stuff the sausages. Not that most people would want to but in a few hours you could have a couple hundred pounds of sausage ready for smoking. We give sausages out with Christmas cards so I make a lot of it.
I have a hand mixer, but the last batch of SS I used a meat lug and mixed in the seasonings, cure, cheddar and jalapeño by hand, I found it much easier doing it that way. Mine is a Rural King off-brand, but it came with a lid and much cheaper than the LEM one.

Looking for a good sausage stuffer for making some summer sausage. i did it a couple of years ago with my grinder and it worked just ok, so it's time to step up my game.

Not looking for one of the expensive electric ones, but would like one of the 5lb, hand crank ones for no more often than I use it.

Let me know what you've got. I can do PayPal or Venmo. I also live in Spring City/Rhea County so could meet in the local area.

Thanks.
I got one of those guns a few yrs ago from Academy. I can't recall the brand but it worked well for a small batch. If you're interested let me know and I'll go figure out what brand it is. To be clear, I don't wanna sell but could direct you to one at Academy. It was pretty cheap

Thanks. I've got one of the guns that I use for making snack sticks and such. I'm looking for the larger stuffers for making about 20-30lb of summer sausage.
