Positive outlook fuels Josh Dobbs

He is a great representative of UT.

If the reports of improved accuracy comes to fruition in games, the offense will be very tough to defend.

Good kid but like I mentioned before last season. Doesn't throw the ball well down the field past 15 yards. Several lost their minds on that comment but proven to be true last year. Of course I don't drink the orange kool-aid.... :)

:rotf: You couldn't handle the Orange kool-aid. He's not Manning for sure but he does know how to make a LB look dumb. Ask Antonio Morrison :tu:

Didn't Morrison's team win that game? Nothing more to add. Time to carry on.... :)

Yes they did but that don't change the fact that JD has more class in his big toe than UFs entire squad, coaches included.

It's about time you had nothing more to add. Please do carry on :tu:

Yea that comes off to me as somebody that has made themselves look like a fool so now he's gotta do something(and make sure to get it on film to share with everybody) to try to not look like such a thug. McCheddar probably made him do it as part of his punishment.

When was the last time JD got suspended over a drug test or smashing a team mate with a helmet?

Made it a headliner.... :)

He was going to be at practice Thursday anyways... :)

I think Dobbs will be a Heisman candidate this year.

What's your play here BamaProud? First your betting on TN and now your calling Dobbs a Heisman candidate. Just how are you going to spin this?

For Dobbs to be a heisman candidate he would have to lead the team to a good record, and past good teams like Florida & bama so is that what your saying BamaProud?? Just wondering

I just call it like I see it. I think Tennessee is going to be a good team this year. They were close last year. Dobbs is returning along with 16 additional returning starters. Including an experienced Kicker and punter. ...More than any other top 20 team in the Nation except LSU...but LSU has Quarterback questions and does not return an experienced Punter.

I may be an Alabama fan, but I'm not a TN hater. The only teams I don't like are Oklahoma and Notre Dame.

I pull for Bammer first...the SEC 2nd the other ~112 teams 3rd then then OU/ND 4th and 5th.

Alright. Works for me.

If Dobbs can improve his passing efficiency, then he could put up some good numbers.

However, if the OLine has improved as expected, then I don't think Dobbs will have the rushing yards he has had in the past, because I think Hurd and Kamara will carry the load and I think/hope DeBord limits his called run plays. Some of Dobb's carries were in pass sets where protection had broken down, so if he has more time to throw then he won't have to run.

Its a well defined that the recievers were the problem last year not Dobbs, at least that what the pros are saying
