yes. Had hundreds of pics of this buck at 4 1/2 and one pic of him at 3 1/2. Put on a little over 30" from 3 to 4. Killed by the neighboring landowner's son during the youth hunt. Grossed right at 160 and had very few deductions.

I wish you could of had a crack at him. But congrats to the kid....I bet he was a happy camper. It must have killed you though by not getting a crack at him with a gun. I bet that kid is hooked for life! :)

It ended up working out well. I didn't know the the neighboring landowner really at all until then. When his son killed the buck (after almost throwing up for a couple of days) I called him and told him about the pictures I had of his son's buck. I took them by his house a few months later and looked at the mounted buck. Since then we've become good friends and share info. about bucks we have pics of, what we are seeing and when, etc.

Also doesn't hurt at all that I killed one the same season that scored just shy of 160 :). Never would have dreamed that would have happened but it did.

Got pics of this buck on one day 2 years ago and that is it...nothing since! Seen him the year b/4 at about 800 yds during ML season but never had a shot.Hunted him hard for last 2 years but no sign so I am thinking he is a traveler.

Well, I just finished the first seminar. They asked tons of questions and seemed to really enjoy all your photos. I really appreciate everyone who donated to the cause. Thank you so much!
