H335 and Tac will work for both and have been easier to find than most.

IMR4895 has been my go to for both. I run heavier bullets in 308(165-178), with 55 grainers in the 223's gives me excellent accuracy in both calibers.

If you want a powder good for 223/308 cfe223 and Tac are good choices
