Primos truth cam 35 SOFUL???

I pulled my cam out and was going to hang it up on my new property. I turned it on and it reads SOFUL. I take the sd card out and it displays 0 pics. I have tried three of my sd cards but each shows SOFUL. What should I do?

Thanks alot. I contacted customer service and since its less than a year old they are going to fix it.
