I went and checked a bottom this morning I have hunted for over 50 years, and I have seen some awful good years in my many years of squirrel hunting and this year is going to be one of them. Our season opens Saturday. I feel like I am 10 again instead of 68.

Great report, best of luck to you this season! I hope the same can be said for the bottoms and thickets I hunt during squirrel season. I'll know in a few weeks.

Kentucky limit by 7:20 this morning. Seen several more.

We brought in 3 shy of a 6 man limit this morning. My buddy and I got our limit out of 4 trees that were side by side. We went in off the road and stood like always and knocked 5 out. Made a loop and killed 1 and came back over here and knocked out 6 in about 15 mins. We were done by 8. All killed about 20 yards off the dead end road my property is on. The others guys were on separate parts of my farm.
