Quota WMA draw results

We drew.....nothing yet.

I'm surprised nobody has started this thread yet as we wait on the results. LBL is promised on the 8th I believe. TN has already been a week.

Ì just received word I have been selected for the Williamsport big game quota hunt. I have never hunted Williamsport or a quota hunt before. Any insight or advice greatly appreciated. Thanks

Just got chuck swan Nov 10/11, anyone know if you can still squirrel hunt there when there is no quota hunts running ?
Would like to go in and scout a couple of weeks before.

Yes you can squirrel hunt according to the hunting guide.

I got chuck swan Dec 1-2, surprised because I only had 1 priority point.

Make sure you save a buck tag, that's not a bonus buck these days unless it was changed back

I got drawn 10 or 11 years in a row including 2 hunts some years there. You don't need a priority point to get drawn.

Did not get it this year for the first time in 17 years straight

Myself and two buddies got drawn for the Dec Presidents Island hunt ( we all had 13 pts). This will be my 2nd trip as I also went in 2009. From what I hear, it's not like it was back then. I had a hunt of a lifetime then and look forward to going back.

I went last year and it is good , seen lots of deer.

I see several deer during turkey season. Some parts of it I'm sure you're going to run into ppl but some of it you probably won't. I myself always see doe and plenty of sign but never laid eyes on a buck there. Good luck.

I put in for the Nov hunt as 1st choice and the dec hunt as 2nd I wasn't expecting it but got drawn for the December hunt

Shotgun. Guys I apply with don't bow hunt either. My memory says we could get the gun hunt every other year before COVID. Then OR hunts were shut down for a couple of years so I'm not sure. I think we had 3 points but not sure.
