Salt lick on a wma?

In my recent scouting I've found a super funnel area with rubs and scrapes and what appears to be an old well used salt lick. As long as I'm not replenishing the the lick it should be legal to hunt over I'm guessing.? I know you cannot put salt out anymore on a wma but what about existing licks? It's not like it's going to pull a buck into my area during a hunt.
 
i found one on a wma, it's obviously an old home place. i figure this was probably the smokehouse where they cured meat. very small stone foundation corners. deer and hogs have eat the dirt down about two feet, lots of tracks...
