Slow slow bite but we boated a buffalo, channel cat and finished it off with a 20 lb blue cat

Nice, I just seem to never seem to find them. Need to go out more.

Do any of you keep the bigger ones? I have always kept the small to mid size ones but have never tried to eat a big one.

Nice catch, it reminds me of fishing the Cape Fear River when I was in NC. I have tried eating one of the bigger catfish we have caught, both kinds, the flatheads (we called them mud cats) don't taste as good as the channel cats IMO, but both taste better in the 10-14" range.
