PerfectYou can do it yourself. Rent a piloted reamer from reamer rentals. Cut your barrel with a chop saw, bandsaw, Sawzall as squarely as you can. Then use the piloted reamer as shown in the video on the linked page below. It's not hard to do. Get the 11 degree cutter and a .500 pilot with the tool rental.

Not sure on your location, but I use a bicycle tube saw guide when using a hacksaw. If you level everything in a vise, attach the guide and make sure it's level, and go slow, it makes for a pretty dang square cut. I finish with a sanding block with a machinists square. I've only ever done shotgun barrels this way, but it should still work. If you're local to me in Nashville, you're welcome to use the saw guide.Perfect
