Defensive holding. They are being held on their pass routes. ND #7 is trying to get around FSU #3, who jumped the route inside. FSU #8 bear-hugged ND #20. Still photos can be highly misleading. FSU #26, who had ND #88, was hopelessly out of the play from the start because of how the 3 FSU defenders decided to man-up. Has to be one of the top 5 worst flags of the year.

Here's the video... ND players drove into the DBs. He hooked/pinned the DB to the inside. Kelly didn't look to surprise on the sideline during the call.... I wonder why???

GnB, you might as well be showing O.J.'s jury a video of him killing Nicole and Ron. It isn't going to change anything, so laugh and have some fun with it. :)

Let it go man. You need to worry more about ND's best win being over a three loss Stanford. The good thing about the Fla.St. loss is it might help ND avoid a massive blowout loss in another bowl game. See? Feeling better already, huh...

Excellent video analysis by The Big Lead that corroborates my observations about the bad call. Should be mandatory reading and viewing for Spurrier and Richt.

Brian Kelly is Right: Florida State Blew Coverage on Touchdown, Was Rewarded with Flag

Lol @ mandatory for two big time SEC coaches who could teach The Big Lead a lot about football.

This article and the video of the ACC official clearly explaining why the call was right should be mandatory reading/listening/watching for Brian Kelly and a few million ND fans.

This may explain why programs outside the south lag so far behind. They're still trying to learn the basics of football... kids in the south learn this in the 6th grade. :D
