Looking for 26-28" barrel semi auto. Ideally looking at franchi affinity 3, stoeger m3000, Weatherby or similar. Or if anyone has seen deals for new one shoot them my way.

My son shoots a stoeger. Has never failed him during turkey, duck or dove seasons.
You're not the first person I have heard that from is why I have looked at them. Fondled on at sportsman's today and felt pretty good.
I know it's a travesty to suggest it, but the Hatfield semi-auto from Walmart has surprised me. Just an idea as well.

My FIL bought one about 5 years ago mainly for waterfowl hunting and really likes it. Zero complaints.
