Semifinal #2 AL v. Oh State

I like how just because there Bama everyone still has them as a top 4 team a year from now?? We have No idea what there gonna do next season? 1 or 2 Bad games and a couple Lucky brakes from the other team and bama could very well finish outside the top 4. Only time will tell im sure bama will be a good team. But im not putting them in the top 4 yet lol

TCU should be ahead of Bama. I don't know of any team that could handle them or Oregon at the present time.

Bama was beatable this year, a not so good ole miss team showed that. Ohio st. Showed that. I dont think bama will be much better next season with there key guys leaving, QB, Best receiver, All American safety, maybe a HB that had 12, 100 yard games this year, and more. Yes they have the top recruiting class but as freshman there not gonna be as good as them guys.
It would not surprise me if bama lost 2 regular season games next season at all. And possibly miss the playoffs

agree! alabama is on a 84-11 run with 3 NC's, other fans here will NEVER experience that with their team.
heck this was a rebuilding year for them.SEC champ, 12-2 with a RB/DB at QB :bash:

Nice to seen you taking the loss so well. The Tide got rolled by OSU, a team most argued didnt belong in the top four. The really funny thing is, if they had put TCU in instead of OSU, Bama would have suffered a more embarrassing loss than FSU. Tide is rolling a little slower today.
 
Dont really see how it was a rebuilding year for bama? They had a senior QB. And coker who is a redshirt JR or senior cant remember?
Starting HB is a JR.

Cooper best receiver is a upper classmen and the defense and O-Line is filled with upper classman and NFL draft pick s lol

But I thought Alabama didnt rebuild. I thought they just reloaded. :P

They for dang sure lost to Ohio State.
 
So in a few years when the vols are full of upper classman and NFL draft picks. And they lose can I still say there just rebuilding:)?

Took your advice and tried looking at the box score from the game. Ohio State beat Alabama in every major statistical category.

Alabama gave up 537 yards and got steamrolled for 281 rushing yards.

NEW ORLEANS -- Never mind the score, Thursday's College Football Playoff semifinal was an Alabama-style manhandling. Only this time, Alabama was on the receiving end of the beating.
 
first of all before you get too excited I'm not a bama fan. i really follow no team. i do watch and enjoy college football. I know like LSU the juniors leaving for the NFL has hurt. thats all, calm down
 
Heard an interesting stat a few minutes ago.

Meyer is 8-2 in bowl games; while Saban is 8-8 :o !
 
1st time since 2008 season no Alabama or Auburn in national title game; 1st time since 2005 no SEC.
you have to admit thats pretty impressive for a "overrated" conference.

If your a Bama fan just say it. Dont be ashamed because they lost to OSU. :stir: :pop:
