Shallow Chickamauga Crappie

The fish were shallow. We fished in 2-4 ft. of water and only had about 2.5-3 ft. of line out behind planer boards. Ended up with 21 keepers, caught probably 30-40 shorts.

What do the orange taste like? I would for sure eat the crappie, but not sure what the orange things you caught will taste like.
