I read a good article in Noth American Deer Hunter Magazine on sheds. Looking at health of a deer by there sheds. Picked up on some good info.

Yes, I've trained her to find them. Because I can scan farther I usually see them before her. I let her find all of them. She will find some that I don't see though.

storm. Only have 2 on camera that are hanging on. A mature 10 and a 8 pointer. But here we go with a warming trend after a deep freeze. Wonder what that will do?

Found 6 yesterday while rabbit hunting. 2 new 4 old. No dead bucks. Thankfully and surprising so far.

Rabbit hunting is a memory for me. Miss it a lot. No rabbits to say around here. Love to do that once again. Enjoyed hearing the dogs run.
Scouted and searched about 2 hrs today. Learned a lot but no sheds. Found some deer and turkey carcasses but that's it.

Most of mine still holding but did see one of my good ones missing a side on camera last night. Went this evening to see if I could find it real quick and there it was. Spotted another right beside the road on the neighbor as I was heading over.

Most are still carrying around us. We were able to get some early sheds but only six this weekend.
I've logged some serious miles shed hunting under the guise of cardio work and it finally paid off. This guy will be a killer in 4 years. Hope to find the other one. 
Went out to Hardeman county monday and pulled game cam cards, same here.
