What have ya'll used to keep the inside of the metal roof on a shooting house from building a layer of frost and then dripping on you after the sun hits it?
This, except, I'd get the tape made for vapor barrier. I've tried duct tape, but the heating and cooling seems to cause it to fail to adhere over time. You can buy a small roll of vapor barrier/insulation on Amazon fairly cheap. Tape it so there are no gaps, you should be good to go. Also, It's recommended you leave a gap of at least one inch between metal roof and barrier.Bubble insulation. Shiny side up. Duct tape it.
I may try this, I just talked to a guy and he did this with the spray foam that doesnt expand much, I think he said he used some that was for gaps less that 1". He said he held cardboard up to the ceiling at a angle and then worked his way back and pressed the board up as he went.I wonder if you could hit it with can spray foam?
Bubble insulation would work although it may fall over time.
I got some of this and used in in my older shoot house. It works, but when it starts warming up it starts making snap crackle pop sounds, not that loud, but annoying.Bubble insulation. Shiny side up. Duct tape it.
