Smoked backstrap and bologna

One of the kids was coming over for dinner so we smoked a backstrap and a bologna. Turned out great , first one I've done. Forgot to get a before pic.

I smoke the majority of my back strips now. I let them cool in the refrigerator and then slice them deli thin with a meat slicer. Its great on a crusty roll with horsey sauce.
