Got on a good bed early. Fish every cast, easily over 100 boated. Kept 24 7-8" fish and one 10-1/2" cracker. Used half a mealworm on a trout magnet jighead.

What's your personal minimum size to keep? Just curious. Some of these 7's I kept whole and didn't fillet.

very nice. i keep the 7-8 inch range since ky lake is abundant with them. males and a few females. i keep most shell crackers except the smallest and the larger fish over 11".

anything 9" and over gets released.

Same here but I'm not quite a speck selective on shellcracker because I don't catch many
