Just received an email from their office in Duluth Ga notifying me that their office was closing due to weather and would be back to normal operations next Monday.
Never seen anything like this from any other camera co.
Seams like good customer service.

I am about to find out I am about to order a lot of them. Heard great things about them.
Dig thru all the posts here where people are having some kind of issue or have negative feedback with their cell cams. Very few, if any, are Spartan related. There was a killer sale going on a couple weeks ago on herd360.com where the Go Cams were $148. Not sure if that's still going or not. Those are the ones I have and that's where I got em. My oldest 2 have taken over 30k pics and videos with no hiccups whatsoever.

Edit…looks like the sale is still going…

App has hiccups occassionally not notifying me when I have a picture. I have opened the app to see I have pictures to look at. Not often but has happened a couple of periods.
I will say one good thing is it appears your buck is bigger in real life then on camera. Great cameras none the less.

I'm planning to buy a couple more of their cells cams this year, just waiting on the new models which will be 12v compatible. I've got two older Spartans now and they have been good.

Been using Spartans for 10 plus years.. one I put the wrong aa batteries in.. ( I didn't know you could do that) they leaked and ruined it.. the other finally quit when the cell towers didn't use the outdated technology anymore.. lol
I bought another one immediately..

I'm looking to up grade from 18 tacta cams. I've been happy enough with tacta cams but like some have mentioned I've noticed how many pics they actually miss while I've hunted near them. For those that have spartan cams what is the monthly rate for unlimited pics and is there a multi camera discount? Also how is battery life?
With the deal listed above I may jump on board with several.

Placed a order for two of them

Don't give me wrong they are awesome, but holy crap they are extremely expensive and I mean way more expensive than any other camera I have ever run. I'm trying to figure out a way to consolidate. Hoping to only run five or so these and then do everything else with spy point with the built-in solar, but yeah, the Spartan are really good but holy crap $400 for one cameras absolutely insane

The battery life is trash. I run a lot of these cameras and I'm trying to figure out how to reduce using them because I'm always changing batteries

My experience to date as well.
What camera do you run?

Do you have any set to video or just photos? I'm just curious what your battery life is.

I personally run six of these cameras are all cell cameras, and boy. Do I chew through battery life when I switch it to video mode and I only do the 10 second videos on a 60 minute trigger interval

I know my tactacams have been good to me. Browning regular cameras outstanding cell camera just ok. Garde pros are glitchy. But between spypoints, Moultries and bushnells what I've spent on them I could have already bought a lot of them and had them last more then a season. Especially spypoints Moultries and bushnells they absolutely were a waste of money.

I also going to use wise eyes as well.

Black gates interest me as well but the reviews are a little concerning.

To me it's worth spending the money on good cameras instead of trying to get 1 or 2 cameras out of 4 or 5 to work right.
