Was that staged? Sounds like someone was a bad shot. Who to call 911. My truck starter went out. I was middle of nowhere no service. I ended up calling 911. The call went thru. Dispatch told me 911 would work with no signal. I dont know how but it did. I live in northern Arkansas. Co deputys all have 4 wheel drive trucks. I dont see why co deputys didnt come out.
