Alabama season is like the 15th.First time hunting turkeys down in Jackson co.
Anyone broke any turkey necks down that way before?

I used to hunt in Jackson County quite a bit, had a good spot that we normally killed a few off of. But they are some of the weirdest, somewhat mute, turkeys I have ever hunted. Hardly gobbled at all, and the terrian was very tough. I would bet most of TN is better than the spot I had access too.

Glad it's not today. Man it's not looking like turkey weather out at all. Then it might snow tonight? Who ever heard of killing a turkey in the snow in TN? Geez.
