Alabama(or Clempsun) has the chance to not only win their 18th National Championship and undefeated season, but also the first team in history to win 15 games.

Are yall pulling for Alabama or hoping to see the Tide's dynasty stumble?

I don't think Clemsons O-line will be able to handle Quinnen Williams and co. Trevor Lawrence isn't going to have near the amount of time to get his passes off as he is used to.

I got Alabama 38 Clemson 24

Roll Tide!

X2 and weather the rest of us in the SEC will admit it or not Saban is a stand up guy and football mastermind...I'm pulling for BAMA!!!

Almost agree... I pull for everyone except TN :tu:

I think Trevor is going to be super special. If I was betting, I couldn't bet against the tide but I am pulling for the outsiders this time. I will go on record saying that I think Trevor L will win at least 1 NC at Clemson.

I'll be pulling for Clemson. Can't bring myself to side with bama or the gators.

Bama winning another championship will not do anything to help TN.

I wish the game wasn't on so late, I'll probably only catch the first half. If it was anybody but bama and clemson...I might stay up.

Heard a great retort to that line of thinking a few years back. I can't remember the details, but the gist of it was "Why?" :rotf:

As much as I'd like to turn it off early, if it's within a couple of scores, I will probably watch to the end just in case lightning were to strike and there be a "kick six" or something else that I would hate to miss.

TN first, SEC second (though GA's fans more so than others make me waffle some)

I was thinking AL before the first round but now I'm not so sure. As bad as OK's defense was/is AL did not particularly impress and struggled too much against the worst defense they played all year. Now factor in Clemson's d-line and their defense overall has me thinking they won't get to their season avg. Clemson's offense on the other hand did much better against a much better defense in their game.

Clemson 35 - 27

Clemson should have been able to put up more than 30 points on ND. With that said I don't see them putting up alot of points on ALABAMA like Georgia did early on and I see ALABAMA doing what ALABAMA does and wearing down CLEMSON early on..letting them run up and down the field for 3 quarters and letting the tank run out and then ALABAMA runs the score up in the 4th Quarter. Maybe a tight (ish) game the first half with ALABAMA leading the first half by 3-7 points. Expect ALABAMA to come out firing in the 2nd Half.

I think IMO Dexter Lawrence being out will really show up in this game. Didn't mean anything against ND. Bama will run the ball a lot tonight. Also don't think Clemson's oline will be able to handle Bama dline.

With my 42-20 prediction, I don't think it will be as close as the score reflects.

Gonna put $100 on it at Bama -5.5
