His face should be red from embarrassment. Didn't he all but turn away the Clemson QB who wanted to go to UT by saying he didn't fit his system.

That's exactly what he told him. What an idiot. Lawrence doesn't look like he's even broke a sweat yet. Oh well Bama getting mud stomped is a little consolation. :tu:

TN first, SEC second (though GA's fans more so than others make me waffle some)

I was thinking AL before the first round but now I'm not so sure. As bad as OK's defense was/is AL did not particularly impress and struggled too much against the worst defense they played all year. Now factor in Clemson's d-line and their defense overall has me thinking they won't get to their season avg. Clemson's offense on the other hand did much better against a much better defense in their game.

I believe I recall saying the other day that other teams have caught up with Bama. Well tonight definitely proved that! I was expecting a close game but wow did Clemson look good!

Since IMO it was better for the Vols if Bama won than if Clemson did, I tried to convince myself to pull for Bama before the game started.

I quickly realized that was an impossibility. It has been a while since I enjoyed a game this much.

I was in the same boat! I wanted Clemson to lose because I'm tired of them stealing top recruits out of TN but I did enjoy the beat down Bama took!!
