Florida is the better job.

Being in the SEC in Florida is good enough alone....... Then throw in the fact the state produces some of, if not THE best talent in the country year after year it is/should be a recruiting paradise.

That's why it's kinda odd they can't find a QB since Tebow. Or a coach that can last 4+ years. Bout to be on coach #3 since Meyer in 2010.

I agree, FL is the better job, probably top 3 in the Nation. I'd rank Tennessee somewhere between 5th and 10th. I'd even say Tennessee Head Coach is a better job than Alabama.
