This is a big game for Heupel, obviously. If he loses this one, the grumblings will be loud and the season will be a big disappointment.

I feel pretty confident, but anything can happen.

Its going to be a testy game I bet. One thing of note on the Vols. In SEC games this season they have only scored over 30pts once against MSST and that was at home. All non-conf games Vols scored 50+ points. On the road SEC games Vols score 25(OK -WIN), 14(AR - LOSS), 17(GA - loss). Not saying its going to be a high scoring game. But I sure would like to see the VOLS hang 50 or 60 on Vandy(Keep Vandy under21). Just for possibility of moving up a spot or 2 in the rankings. Alot of good games SAT.

Pavia is the key to this game for Vandy. You stop him, we win. You let him get his mojo goin, we're screwed. He has the ability to extend plays to the point the D breaks down. Need him on the ground early and often. Need to bring that pressure in a big way which means we'll have a lot of man coverage situations. Hopefully that leads to Pavia forcing it and us picking it off.

One thing for sure. Pavia not gonna fold like like Swann did with vols being thuggy. https://atozsports.com/nashville/vo...YeKQQqOY3jIDJNdlkw_aem_2y6GZEnzUjF4KQWGVt6KCA

I think that Pavia is beaten up and run down from being most of the 'Dores' offense this season. I don't expect him to be as dynamic as he was earlier in the season. I'll also say that home field advantage is a foreign concept in Nashville, so that shouldn't make it too difficult for UTe either. I think that UTe wins this one pretty convincingly

What is this UTe nonsense? Take that johnny come lately crap on down the road.

I'm sure the Dores would like nothing more than to finish the season with a win while simultaneously knocking a big blow to the Vols playoff chances. I think y'all nailed it...the Vols have got to contain Pavia. They did a great job containing Milroe and made it rough on him. So it is possible. I don't think the Dores can handle Sampson though. That dude is a stud.

I saw something yesterday talking about him having an injured ankle, and that his production has dropped some in the last few games.

Same as USCe vs USCw. It's a delineator for two teams in the same conference with the same initials. Been using it all season
No. Happy to have my Vols known as UT Sr and the lamehorns as UT Jr.

Wait, scratch that. I don't want any association with them. Vols are UT, Texas is just Texas. It's only 2 more letters than your proposed solution.
