Do the pictures have to be taken during the contest time frame, July 1 thru September 22, or just submitted during that time? In other words, can previously taken pictures be entered?

I may only enter two photos, one for each category, IR and color. What about sub-categories? can I enter one for each sub-category?

No, you can enter a total of two pictures. One must be color and the other IR. You can enter your color picture into any of the five sub-categories, the same goes for IR.

ok. What if you get better pics further along in the summer ? can you post a new one to override your previous entry?

If you choose to do so, you must edit your origional post and change the pictures. Each member will have a total of two posts in the entry thread. Please follow this rule as judging the contest will be difficult if you do not.

Master chief - you can only edit your posts for about a day before the feature is disabled. Sorry I didn't know the contest wasn't started yet - maybe I need to read better

I think you should re-size images to like 900 width max to avoid super huge images in the threads. Just make the poster submit the original image if it wins?

I'm back jack ill have my two new to me cameras out on the 3rd. Got a few things left to weld and they should be out taking pictures and safe from thives unless they come back with a cutting touch

Unfortunately, no. The in-season contest is only for pictures taken during the TN hunting season.
