Tonight's dinner

Never had roasted radishes. Probably never will as the wifey doesn't like them. But she doesn't like sauerkraut. She has oven roasted brussel sprouts.
My father once told a guy what he was having for dinner- hot tongue and cold shoulder.

Roasting the radishes completely takes away the bite, and the caramelization of the sugars changes the flavor. It'd be worth trying for sure
