TUA

Hate to see any kid get hurt... They put a lot of time into it and this is their calling card. Hope and pray he makes it back to get to live his dream and make millions

Great news.

I'd venture that this would almost guarantee that he returns to Bama next year. I just don't see NFL teams willing to take the risk until they see him after he's played more football.

I doubt he plays anymore college football. He probably won't go top 3, but a team will certainly be willing to gamble on him as a first round(probably top 10) pick.

Agreed. If an athlete in his position is going to risk re-injury, is he going to take that risk in college or with a big fat paycheck in his pocket? I know what I would do.

Coming back to college actually may be more of a risk. Keep in mind that he has insurance to cover loss of income due to an injury like this. If he falls in the draft or signs as a free agent, he will still likely get paid a great deal to fill in the gap. He can then prove himself and get paid in subsequent contracts if he can play well and stay healthy in the NFL.

Highly doubt he would go top 10 after all the injuries he has suffered. First round possible, top ten I doubt. JMO of course

^^^^^ I agree late 1st or early 2nd. Sad either way.

I know there is a lot of noise from the fan base about this but I am with what has been said on here. I do think his paycheck has been diminished by his history of being in a fragile state through his career but he is certainly going to look at getting a paycheck playing the remainder of his years on the field VS just playing football.

Nah. He gone.

If he's late second round or lower, I see no way he leaves and have to take a pay cut :pop: :D !
