Hope he does recover fully and can go on to play more.

I'd venture that this would almost guarantee that he returns to Bama next year. I just don't see NFL teams willing to take the risk until they see him after he's played more football.

I doubt he plays anymore college football. He probably won't go top 3, but a team will certainly be willing to gamble on him as a first round(probably top 10) pick.
Coming back to college actually may be more of a risk. Keep in mind that he has insurance to cover loss of income due to an injury like this. If he falls in the draft or signs as a free agent, he will still likely get paid a great deal to fill in the gap. He can then prove himself and get paid in subsequent contracts if he can play well and stay healthy in the NFL.BamaProud":1y1soiin said:PalsPal":1y1soiin said:Great news.

I know there is a lot of noise from the fan base about this but I am with what has been said on here. I do think his paycheck has been diminished by his history of being in a fragile state through his career but he is certainly going to look at getting a paycheck playing the remainder of his years on the field VS just playing football.PalsPal":2kceke2e said:Great news.
