Yeah this was talked about a few weeks ago. Then the Urban deal happened making OSU look even worse.
 
Meyer has spoken. He pretty much admits that he lied at the media days. However, he does say he has always took appropriate actions.

My take on it is that he is acknowledging that it happened but says he reported it to the proper people? Yea, I'm not buying that one.
 
haha he's a nut job. he left florida so he could spend time with family....for a year. :rotf:

his lack of control isn't new, 31 players were arrested during Meyer's run from 2005 through 2010 as the Gators' head coach

He says he lied at media days because he wasnt prepared to answer questions. The man can make a decision in 30 seconds to go for it on 4th and 1, but he isn't prepared to answer media questions on media day?

and he's known about media days for a year. so he had a year to prepare :rotf:
 
I believe this isn't about urban returning...it's about did he violate his
contract now. It's absolutely crazy. It's all about the $$$. No way tosu can keep him after he knowingly kept wife beater on staff.
If um thought he could keep his job his only play would have been 'I don't know about the abuse'. When I found out. I fired him.

I started to say this was my favorite, but I just can't pick one favorite dumb comment

Hearing osu is already trying to cover for Urban. A three game suspension with his money for those three games going towards a charity for violence against women. Plus he will have to give some speeches on the subject.
