His suspension was paid leave. Three weeks of forced paid leave sounds pretty good to me even if it was considered "punishment".

the whole thing is crazy. NO ONE went down. Sure the AD got suspended as well but no one is held accountable for allowing the douchebag (smith) to keep his job all this time? "members of football staff" were aware Zach Smith "was engaged in sexual relationship w/football secretary.
took sexually explicit photographs of himself in offices & at White House in April 2015.
& had sex-related toys delivered to him at OSU office"
Three things that linger from that report:
Urban Meyer never mentioning Zach Smith's 2009 arrest to anyone at Ohio State, even in '15.
Urban seeming to delete his old texts.
Media Days debacle attributed to memory loss from a medication he takes?

Urban seemed annoyed she was even brought up at the end there.
McMurphy isn't backing down. It blows my mind Urban has gotten off so easy on all this. I also don't know if it is over with yet or not.

Yes sir, but he broke NCAA rules so there were sanctions coming that would hurt the program. Meyers issues are more of a moral thing that won't hurt the program. If I remember right what started it as an investigation in tattoo gate started uncovering other violations. Getting rid of Sweater Vest probably helped make the NCAA happy
