Normally you can find tickets for sale right outside of the stadium on game day. Some games you can pay below list price right before the game starts....

The guys are entertaining to watch...
They work as teams. One guy runs around buying them cheap off fans with extra tickets. He hands them to a buddy that will then sell them to fans needing tickets but at a higher price. Sometimes they will get hung with extra tickets right before the game and have to dump them cheap. They have already made their money by then.I learned a lot when I had to work outside the stadium in UT garb trying to catch the guys selling conterfiet tickets. That UT orange itches.
