What did you do today in the reloading room?

Didn't do any reloading, but did put some time in at the bench piecing together a large frame lower. Went with a rock river varmint 2 stage trigger, hogue stock and grip. Will be pairing it to an aero upper that has a Wilson combat 6.5 cm ultimate hunter barrel.

Loaded 50 6.5 cm. Hornady brass, 42 grains imr 4350 143 grain eldx.

Prepped a pile of .38 special for loading. Shot new 280AI loads over a chrony and am very pleased. Pushing a 162grn SST at an average of 2,944fps with a 0.564 group. I think I will leave it alone.
Very nice velocity and accuracy on that 280.

Today i decapped another 1300 nickel pieces (by weight) of 9 brass.

I have to figure out how many plain brass are left. is a very large number.

1400 223 to decap SS tumble, prime. Another 2000 or so ready to load-55 and 62 gr FMJ armscor, 500 Nosler Ballistic tips. Got some M855s I am holding tight...anyone have a load recommendation? I have Shooters World powder and a few other selections.

According to weight and my scale, almost exactly 4,000 9's to decap.

I used 50 pieces of brass that weighed 7 ounces fired primers included as my standard.

I have close to but not sufficient bullets to load everything so I am on the hunt.

If you don't mind shooting coated lead bullets, give Summers Enterprises a look. They are great bullets at very good prices.

I just loaded 90 rounds of 7.82 Warbird. Going to Dead Zero on Monday to make that 1,000 yard target pay.

Using 220 gr SMK, with 90 gr of IMR 7828, which I am out of now. Does not take long to use up 2 lbs of powder make these rounds.
Explain what the 7.82 warbird is please.
