I love helping folks out, and understand that when someone is new they don't know everything. Those aren't the types I'm referring to and would hope no one judges a person who's new to the sport. We all were new at some point.
 
Ah "CAPTAIN HOOK"... has risen again. Here is my suggestion to you Captain(Setterman)....if you want to see an "idiot", as you call them, then find a mirror and look in it !

I assume the people of who you speak for the most part were of a younger generation and probably like most of us when younger who had to learn the dos and don'ts of the outdoors either by trial and error or from others advice and teachings. I know i did things that I would never dream of doing now. What you should have done is took the time with them to educate rather than belittle but we know that is not your style. Some of us have to learn how to be hunters while some are just born Gods gift to the outdoor world such as you !

I love how you think you're so slick calling me Captain Hook, like its some big secret. I wish I could change my handle back. Glad your simple mind finds it funny though.

And you couldn't be more wrong in your uneducated opinion. Not a single one of the buffoons I speak of was younger then 50 years old, and all loved to proclaim their years of woods experience. They're idiots plain and simple, not youngsters or new to the woods according to them.

Every season I take roughly 8 kids on avg to kill their first few turkeys, so don't throw your garbage at me about talking down to young hunters. How many youngsters do you help out each year? I bet it's zero, and if you did you'd just crush any hopes they'd have of learning about the outdoors, as your knowledge base is limited.

And again, I didn't nor would I ever belittle them while having an otherwise pleasant conversation. I enjoy interacting with people that's why I'm in sales, and enjoy talking shop with other hunters even when their clueless. Lord knows I've read your idiotic theories for years now.

You bet I was laughing inside, and thinking to myself that this cat doesn't know jack about hunting. That doesn't mean I was rude, rather I am always quite friendly.

This time I know for a 100% fact that you of all people fit my descriptions above, and the other descriptions others have posted. It must suck to literally struggle to be successful at anything you try to accomplish like you appear to do based on your uneducated ramblings.

You want to be some weird forum stalker and attack me all the time? Up until now I've ignored your bs, but be assured I'm going to highlight your idiocy every time you come at me in the future. You can either mature and ignore me, or continue your infantile approach? Balls in your court....

Sir, all the advising, teaching, educating, what ever you want to call it, would never help the "idiots" most of us are speaking of ;) Most of the ones I refer to are full grown men that "say" they have been in the woods all their lives :roll: You just can't fix stupid has never been more true when referring to these a**clowns. Again, I find them comical and enjoy the humor from time to time. Plenty of them to go around as I am sure there are a few reading this now.

Opening week I heard a guy say, "I haven't seen it this bad in 30 years of turkey hunting, the hens are going to set on their eggs around 8 a.m. and the gobblers are going with them and they just lay around in those thickets all day and you can't call em out" LOL
