Great story and a pretty rack. Bucks this year do seem run down a lot.

I think I'd heard someone on here, probably BSK, saying that they'd noticed bucks being run down. I'd have to agree with y'all. With as much available food as they have, they are thin. My buddy killed a huge bodied 5.5 year old 6 point that was the exception though. He was north of 180 field dressed.
