Worst trail cam of 2010?

I will give 1st Place to the UWAY NT50B over the Bushnell because of the following reasons:

1. Bushnell sells ten thousands more cameras than UWAY each year. The return rate based on sales vs returns is probably less than 1% I guessing. I personally had one out of three with the runaway problems or as I used to call it "advanced time lapse programming". Bushnell made it right and waived my fee and sent me a shipping label for my troubles and replaced the troubled camera with a new 2011 BTC Black Flash. That is excellent customer service in my book.

2. From all the happy owners who purchased the NT50B who kindly aired their comments throughout the internet it is blatantly clear that many have had multiple returns (I had a friend who returned one 6 times and he's still not happy with it because of sensing or lack of)and still are experiencing problems of one kind or the other. By the time your 1 year warranty is up you would have been better off purchasing a red blob that worked for all the missed opportunities you find with UWAY.

I have moultries d-40's i have had one led go out and the company did nothing about that , but they did repair one. the one that went out had been out of warranty about 2 years or less. i will continue to use these unless i find something much better at a reasonable price.

Everything mentioned here is exactly why I have not purchased a trail camera up to this point. I went ahead and shelled out the extra money to have a homebuilt unit created, I figure that I'd rather spend the money up front for a quality camera that is backed by a person than deal with returns and headaches of some company's customer service reps that dont really care

Who was it on here that promoted the UWAY so much? A pro staffer for them if I recall, and people actually listened to the guy LOL

I believe Bryan gave an honest assessment of his camera to everyone. Never known him to BS anyone. I think he just had a pre-production model that had all the kinks worked out of it for the most part. As far as the pro staffer bit, HCO put him up on their site as one but truth be known, he does not get any "freebies" from them and I believe they "used" his reputation to try to garner more sales.
