Turkey poached..West Webb Rd in Eagleville

Good to know you are more pissed off than even me. Add criminal trespassing to the illegal poaching. He will get in more trouble for the criminal trespassing than the poaching. Make an example out of him!

As an aside, I assume they were your pet birds eating from a bird feeder?

Some slob from Arkansas killed a penned up livestock gobbler with a cooking pot here in MS this year.

Kill at any and all costs is getting ridiculous

Just saw in the Homeowner's thread and you were spot on. He was in full camo and in a GMC Crew Cab with a different wheel on the front and back drivers side. Anybody wanting to roll Andy S house better walk in from a mile away wearing all black in the dark of night to stand a chance!! 😂

No pet birds lol. Very healthy population here though. This could've turned out really bad if that turkey started to run right 10 yards.

I don't buy the "need the food" thought. If you need food, go get a 2nd job or sell your jacked up 4x4 and fancy camo. Times aren't that tough, if you need money, walk into any 10k businesses with "hiring now" signs.

He could have been hunting the wma down the road with no luck (it usually sucks) and then he hit the back roads to look for birds...it's all just speculation

Did the WMA down the road open the Friday before season opener?
Not that it matters, if your gonna bust one off the road out of season you might as well get a jump on some public land.
