Turkey poached..West Webb Rd in Eagleville

Why can't they catch this guy? Someone is bound to know him!!

Maybe, just maybe, "they" quickly identified him,
but are just stacking up the charges (and evidence) against him.
I suspect, this time, this poacher is going to pay a high price
for his actions.

Right now, he's being punished, just having to wait & wonder,
which night, will there be a knock at his door.

And by the way . . . . . .
The Lacey Act made it a federal crime to "import, export, transport, sell, receive, acquire, or purchase in interstate or foreign commerce any wildlife that was taken, possessed, transported, or sold in violation of any law or regulation of any State or in violation of any foreign law."

He can run, but he can't hide.

Just bringing up the Lacey Act because some expressed concerns he was long gone from TN, and
now in some other state. Let's hope he did cross a state line, driving that same truck used for poaching, and he now faces federal charges under the Lacey Act.

The wheels of justice usually creep forward very slowly,
and it can be extremely frustrating to all of us.
But I expect this case to be solved and severely prosecuted.

Has anybody tried posting this to various social media sites?
There's a TN Turkey Hunters group on Facebook that would probably be a huge help?

Or maybe he has no idea he was on video and that people are looking for him. He probably just figures he got away with it

I tried to copy the video and share it on the TN Turkey Hunters page. No luck yet, I'm gonna try again.

It's not on the twra page anywhere.

Here's the link to the TWRA Facebook page: I noticed it says "log onto Facebook" but it does take you to the TWRA FB page.

Scroll down a bit. It was posted on April 1.

After seeing his name a bunch I looked him up. It's been 30 years but pretty sure I played baseball with him at Tennessee Tech for a year. I quit after my freshman year and he transferred to Kentucky I think if it's the same guy.
We dont talk about TN Tech baseball in here after what they did to my vols yesterday
