I have a nearly perfect condition LC Smith 20GA. It retains 99% of the original blue, the wood is in excellent condition, & the receiver retains some of the original case hardening. The barrels ring like a church bell on Sunday morning. Any idea as to the ballpark value of such a svelte beast? Fun fact, this gun is also a registered short barrel shotgun, but has not been chopped.

You're not going to like this, but I paid $381 for this on a gunbroker auction.
Why should you register it as an SBS and not chop it?
Blasphemy to chop such history.

I got cold feet when it came time to chop
I couldn't chop that either.
You can get your stamp money back from ATF and get it off the registry if it hasn't been super long.
