New setup (buck run stand) corner of an orchard with a funnel to my left. New big game 18' ladder stand with wide mesh seat and shooting rail. Had two bucks then two does and three fawns all came through funnel early. Later had 8point, doe and two fawns come across orchard.

Yesterday was in the tripod stand. Has a real comfortable seat and a roof. It's on a bench of a hillside. It has bush hogged and sawed shooting lanes. Real thick area logged a while ago and large pines and cedars blown down. Saw long horned spike, 6pt and two does. Passed on all

I actually had a big red oak acorn hit me right in the top of the head and it felt like I had been hit by a ball peen hammer!!!! First time that's happened. Bout made me dizzy haha!!!

I actually had a big red oak acorn hit me right in the top of the head and it felt like I had been hit by a ball peen hammer!!!! First time that's happened. Bout made me dizzy haha!!!

The wind came up pretty strong and you needed a hard hat with the amount of acorns falling.

I've had it for 4 years and really like it. Very sturdy and the swivel seat is very comfortable. Padded 360 degree shooting rest. Think I paid extra for the skirt which has a zippered entrance. You get two sets of roof supports. Short for crossbow and gun ( which is on there) and long for vertical bow and gun. I made some narrow curtains (so I can have adjustable openings) which slide on pex pipe for curtain rod and spans 270 degrees. That stand has many shooting lanes like a wagon wheels spokes.

It was nice once I was set up, still figuring out the climb up and down.
But definitely some set up things I need to change lol but overall was pleased.
