This is what I have been doing as of late. One guy came over apologized and the other is a wanted felon . He's probably not coming back. Actually posted these around the neighborhood like real estate signs .

Looks like he may be keeping a check on the swimming pool to make sure it hasnt frozen and he is looking for a spot that provides good viewing access to the pool come the hot days of summer when the bikini-clad beauties are lounging around the pool.

Just guessing but why is he in a residential area next to the house?

You just made this situation way creepy.. not saying it ain't possible but now jamesbond and the Bond girl are assuming they are under surveillance……. The plot thickens.

It does like an urban area. Probably a city slicker neighbor out taking his dog for a stroll

Should be easy to find with that ugly arse Tar Heels blue hat!
It literally couldn't be that hard to sit on the street and see this guy.
 
I'm not convinced he is dressed like a deer hunter, cold weather yes, I won't wear anything close to the color of deer while I am out in the woods during deer season, this is the reason most of my cold weather stuff is camo . orange might be a sign but I see none, is that your buddy's house in the background? ,

I think he's just a trespasser.

I've had a couple that said they thought it was " common ground" . One told me it's not posted as I pointed to a sign saying no trespassing . He said " oh that's not bright enough, it's faded" . It went south from there.

Been down that road as well. Had a couple once tell me that it "wasn't my land, or their's, it was The Lord's land."
