I think that is what Stretch has.
It was still in the box and I helped him move it. Holy CRAP that thing was heavy.

Do you have any problems with stuff sticking to it?

Nope just have trouble filling it up with stuff to cook :tu:

How's the non stick finish holding up?? We can't seem to make a non stick skillet last at our house even using a non metal spatula ..

I go to walmart and buy the largest / cheapest one I can find.
I have used the same one for 4 years duck hunting and it is still in great shape. :)
The one I had before that one lasted about 8 years camping / deer hunting.
Forgot and left it in the back end of my truck one time (dirty) and was gonna wash it and put it up after we got home.
Found it a couple weeks later and it had some stuff growing in it that I didn't want to wash off. :)

Its not a non stick ,it seasons like a cast iron skillet ,pancakes and eggs don't stick :tu:

I got a good deal on the 36in Blackstone Griddle at Tractor Supply last month and have only used it a few times, but am loving the "no fire" aspect. I'l planning on using it tomorrow evening with grilling: Zucchini & Squash, Smoked Sausage, Bell Peppers & Onions. These will go along with Pinto Beans and Cast Iron Cornbread. If I think of it, I'll take a few pics. This will be my first try at frying Squash or Zucchini.

My Wife fries zucchini all the time. I wouldn't leave it on the fire for long. I like it crisp, think cucumber crisp. Not limp like cold french fry from McDonalds. Canola oil a touch. slices it on the diagonal. Thickness depends on Wife's idea of whether or not the Z is fresh/old/firm/soft. I really like the taste.

i think she tried butternut one time, dint work. why i do not know.

I have a 36 and love it.... I can do a ton of food on it and the clean up is easy. One thing I really like is that burners never come in contact with any of the food drippings... should last a lot longer. I also like being able to cook things on it that I could not on the grill.... Fried Rice, Stir Fry, Eggs, Quesadillas, I put stuff wrapped in Burritos on there and crisp them up, Potatoes, Hash Browns, Bacon, sausage links for breakfast, Pancakes (I also saw a guy make Pancakes out of cake mix for a dessert on one).... Just so much more uses for it than a standard grill....

FWIW, there are several good Facebook groups dedicated to the Blackstone griddles

I'd love to have one, but I don't think it could ever replace my charcoal grill.

It is not for smoking... there certainly are pluses and minuses to each. I still have my Big Green egg but the griddle gets used 20 to 1....
