Dunstan Chestnut Trees

I need to pull the rest of mine out of the fridge.
I have about 1/2 of the seeds i got are between 3" and 12" already, only about 24 of them and that's a lot to move around. I'm about to double that and make the wife mad that I'm taking up more room. Between the chestnut trees and garden plants I'm running out of windows to put stuff in LOL
I'm single so I can move the furniture and put them all in front of that sliding glass door. LOL. They get about 6 hours of sunlight there. Usually they stay there for the month of March. I did pull them out earlier than usual so this year they will be there for 6 weeks or so. When they get 6 or 8 inches tall I turn the trays once a week cause the seedlings lean towards the sunlight. Good luck to you.

As you can see in the picture I have 20 pots in each tray. The tray is open on the bottom and sits in a bus tub. When I pot the seeds I use that pre moistened baccto potting soil. It is so moist it makes that radical take off. To water I just use a plastic watering can, with the spray end off. I put an inch of water in each tub on the end. I don't water directly on the seed. When I see the water level get to bottom of tub I put another inch in. I'd say right now the inch of water last 3 or 4 days.
Awesome. I need to order some Baccto online. As previously mentioned, nowhere around here carries it.
