There is a Stroker boat hull on fb marketplace if you are wanting a boat faster than an Allison. Just thought I would start something.
Any idea how they handle rough water or how stable they are as a fishing platform? I would love to buy a boat needing an engine so I could put a new 4 stroke on it that will last me the rest of my life.

I have never ridden in one so I have no first hand experience. The people who have them, love them and say they ride better than the competition. They have a cult following like people who love storm and gambler boats. This is the one I am talking about. Its probably does not meet your requirements for condition. Looks like the gelcoat could use some wet sanding.

There is a bullet also

You can find some really good deals on boats with blown motors. Allot of times the owners are so po'd they will get rid of the boat for cheap.

I have always heard Bullets are so light that they aren't stable fishing platforms. I've never been in one.

Off subject but I'll tell you that if you ride an intertube behind one, it will rip the 2 week old wedding band off your finger and it will sink to the bottom of Tennessee river

Oh and your (ex) wife won't believe you when you get home

I will keep that in mind if I ever experience the perfect storm of getting married again combined with getting in an innertube behind a Bullet bass boat on the TN River. Honestly I see none of those things happening, much less all of them. However, alcohol is a powerful drug!

Doug, there was a white Champion sitting in a parking lot in Savannah, TN Friday afternoon when I went through. I assumed it was for sale based on where it was sitting as I've seen other boats for sale there in the past. I meant to ride back by it and get a picture of it for you but of course I forgot. @muddyboots might be able to tell you if it's still there.

I will go on marketplace now and see if I see it. Thanks!

Letting BigCity groomer pick out a boat may be worse than going to a bama game with PDB. šŸ˜œ. Guarantee it would sink or be too jinxed to ever catch a fish.
Nobody is picking out a boat for me, but if people want to share good deals in other parts of the state I'll certainly look at them. As far as going anywhere with PDB, I'd rather run through hell with gasoline soaked underwear or make a tin beak and peck $h1t with the chickens.

I'm like Ricky Bobby. I like to go fast. But, if I'm ranking features by importance 1 is stability/fishability, 2 is rough water ride, and 3 is speed. Honestly a 70 MPH boat is plenty fast for me, but I said that about a 60 MPH boat until I had one. Now 60 feels like 35.

Indeed it is. 43 mph on an intertube feels like Mach 3 btw
