Idiots on public land 😑

First of all there would have been a confrontation/ altercation if that would have been me, with the intention of not wanting to hunt the spot anyway. It would have been strictly to make a point that you don't play stupid games on public ground .
Second I'd be a damn thorn in his side. It would be cheap perfume and sweaty socks everywhere in there for duration of the season and a bag of corn with a call to the GW for opening day just for good measure. Yeah, it's an "A" hole move , but it wouldn't have happened if he wouldn't have been stupid. Some people have to learn the hard way.

I would hate to get caught putting the corn out.
Why? Don't have a gun! You can feed deer just don't hunt over it

This very truck was done to one of my stands. I went to climb my stand and I caught something in my light that was out of place. Thankfully dumbarse put it behind my stand or I wouldn't have seen it until daylight and too late. I walked over and there was a pile of corn. I went to a different spot across the field and watched the game warden walk in at daylight. I hunted the other spot for a straight week waiting on someone to walk to that stand and check it. No one ever did. I imagine I'd spent some time in jail over that bull shat.

You ever see someone walking through the woods and they see you? Hide behind a tree. It freaks people out. Lol.
I had a guy screaming one time "is somebody there?"
After about 2 mins I just walked to the next tree and stood behind it. I never turned my head his way but I could see he was still standing there
Then he screamed "WTF?"
I waited another few mins then stepped to the next tree. Sure enough he was still there.
Then he screams "f this!" And I watched as he practically hurt himself running towards the parking lot! I almost died laughing. My wife says I have a sick sense of humor, I find myself hilarious!

2 days later and I'm still laughing

Maybe no jail time but a loss of license for a year at least. That sucks someone did you that way.

The spot he was at is literally like 50 foot from the parking lot right of the main trail😂
but apparently he made it back to your cameras, so he is in the area and thinks it is his area... If it was a spot I could part with, I'd follow the advice of Shed Hunter and post it on FB...

I would have told him what I thought what I think and and how many teeth he's gonna lose if he don't close his big mouth. Then I'd find another spot to hunt. I have no patience for loud mouths anymore. But my patience has worn thin on most things. Might not be a good thing. But putting up with dumb people all around you on a daily basis tends to do that. Now I have to deal with them in the woods. I'm not condoning violence or anything. Just think of it as an attitude adjustment. But you probably played it right. And At least you played it safe.

That wouldn't went over with me too well. I heard Irish spring soap cut into cube's. People using it around there fruit trees. Too keep the deer away. I never tried it. Dont know even works. But that would be the first place i threw some.

We tried that around our house plants and it didn't slow them down.

Ancient wisdom from an old man, don't get into an argument with an idiot, he'll only turn you into another idiot and whip you with experience.
