Its kind of fun the blow off steam, but 102 is 100% right. When I was younger I would get mad and burn a lot of energy at public land jerks. All that got me was upset and unhappy. Try to make friends or leave them alone is the way to go.
Last year hunting in LA some guy was "jerk" parked blocking access to "our" spot. Rather than get mad, we parked further down the levy and walked in a different path. When we went to leave, the guy was buried up to his axles in mud. Turns out he "jerk parked" to try and avoid getting stuck but buried his wife's SUV when he slid off the gravel. 20 years ago, we would have laughed at him, instead we pulled him out of the mud and got him back up on the hard road. He was super stressed as his boss called him into work for an emergency (electrician for Exxon) and his vehicle was frame deep in mud. One year later, he has done 2 wiring jobs for us at the deer camp and my buddy hired him to wire out a new store they are opening. 20 years ago, we would have been the offended jerks and missed out on a good friendship.
