Maybe..... :tu:

Looks like Kirby Smart will be Georgia's next head coach...... :)

Jeremy Pruitt will be heading to Bama to be Saban DC. :tu:

Smart will make a run to hire Muschamp as his defensive coordinator but Muschamp might end up as SC's HC...... :D

Should be fun, stay tuned.

Ole Spurhunter might of counted his chickens before they hatched..... :rotf: Tennessee is safe because no one wants their coaches.

Hiring Mushchamp would be a homerun hire for sure,we all see how he improved Auburn so greatly :tu:

Muschamp needs to go sit in a dark room by himself or take up knitting. The man has a serious anger problem.

Re: Looks like things will work out for Bama, GA, and SC....

if Kirby is gone to UGA, he will take several of the Bama coaches.
Nick would be sitting with an empty staff and a mass exodus of JRs to the NFL and no qb's or RBs on the depth chart a completely new defensive roster and will have to retool the defensive staff completely. That will include teaching a new coach to understand and call plays in real time as the game unfolds.

With kiffin and cristobal actively interviewing as well and likely here one more year at best. The same thing would have to happen on the offensive side of the ball. He essentially starts over at Bama. Just like he would at another job.

Would this make nick entertain other offers? NFL again?

I read the other day the piece on Muschamp to South Carolina. Why in the world would they want him after his epic fail at Florida? Either way I hope they do hire him. :tu:

He's a proven recruiter, and a proven commodity as a defensive coach.

Yes, he's a jack wagon of the first order. But we're talking about a school that hired spurrier.

Thanks for bringing some facts and perspective to this post. In his haste to take a shot at me and UT the OP left out all the important information. I'll forgive him though. I'm sure his head is still spinning from that beatdown to the Noles. I bet he's used a whole box of crayons trying to figure out how such a potent offense LOADED with 5 star recruits, all a lock for the first round of the draft, could fail to score one tiny point against their biggest rival. Not even a field goal. :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:

Bama has replaced other Assistant coaches under Saban and survived. They also send a bunch of players to the NFL every year and survive. They will probably have a top 3 recruiting class again for the 9th year in a row. There is plenty of depth on the team. Bama will be fine.

I would be shocked if Little Nicky went to the NFL. He's 64 years old. Would he really want that stress? Or to start over anywhere? I understand if the South needed an enema it would be applied in Tuscaloosa, but he seems to like it there.

Smart has no need Muschamp and wrong be contacting him.

Proven recruiter and DC yes but not head coach. Otherwise how do the Gators suck so bad last year and then McElwain wins this year with the same players? As a Vol fan I hope they do hire him.

There were two Gator coaches that had HC job interviews this past week. Hope this helps with your limited knowledge... :tu:

Azzani is reported in running for OC at Maryland.

Next question precious ;) :D !

BTW, there are no reputable reports of two of UF's current coaches in the running for HC jobs ;) !
