Made one for lunch since I was busy and skipped breakfast. As you can likely tell, I was more than ready for it.

Crispy gochujang rice (made with leftover basmati at dinner), chili oil eggs served on top of leftover saag paneer. I know it's not an omelet, but this is a typical creation by my wife.

I have no idea. This is just a sample of my wife "playing" in the kitchen. She has chef skills, but is not a chef. Leftovers were from eating Indian the previous night.

That's looks awesome! I had no idea what saag paneer was…had to look it up.
