Anyone know when new regs would be available if they did choose to make any changes? When are they typically published?

Anyone know when new regs would be available if they did choose to make any changes? When are they typically published?

I think they'd be proposed at this year's season setting meeting in the spring and take affect for the 2024-2025 season.
