I emailed quota lady and she said download permit from app but I can't figure out how to do it.
Ok I figured it out.
I hunted the October hunt this year. If they do it the same you'll receive an email a week or so before the with some high-level instructions and map. When you get there, they'll have your name in the system. There's not a whole lot you have to do. Have your hunting license and tags
