Scouting Chuck Swan should not be a problem at all. I have no clue what you are talking about on the noise level . Locator calls are allowed but I never use them , between the natural owls , crows and the woodpecker , coyote and peacock calls of the others on the hunt , they should do their thing! Lol . It says in the hunt regs you can make loud noises on deer hunts and that motorized vehicles can be as loud as 86 dBs measured at 50ft from the exhaust.
sounds like I am gonna have a lot of company on the quota hunt..

I'm honestly seeing less turkeys on site than normal. They will be unpressured sure but I'm not sure the population will be up much if any.
